Hobby Horse Peruvian High Chaparral is one of the newest hot boys in our show string! He has an unbelievable pedigree - Black Epic grandson and Black Mesquite son! His dam, Hobby Horse Farm Flower Drum Song "Lotus" is a 7X Champion (including AOBA National show) brown female. Black Epic is our 7X Champion - top winning full Peruvian True Black male in the US! His offspring have won at least 57 championships! Black Mesquite is very well known in his own right for producing excellent dark huacayas!
Chaps fleece is just stunning - dense, extreme crimp, soft handle. He is well built and very handsome!
His first showing brought rave reviews by black alpaca specialist Peter Kennedy from Australia! Calling him the "clear winner" in his class Mr. Kennedy praised his fineness, density and uniform crimp.
